Rainbow is currently seeking a Process Monitor for our Wolwehoek branch. This role will be responsible for monitoring and measuring products to ensure adequate processes are in place and customer satisfaction is provided.
Requirements:
- Matric with Mathematical attributes.
- Minimum of 3-year food processing (FMCG) experience
- It would be an advantage for candidates to have previous Processing experience in a food industry environment
- Must be able to communicate (Speak, read, & write) in English &
- Computer literacy will be an advantage.
- SAP system will be an additional advantage.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Must be able to work long hours.
- Online monitoring and corrective action on all products within the department to ensure quality standards and specs are met.
- Reporting of results to the process leader.
- Take and follow up on corrective action.
- Responsible and supervise shift team to achieve KPIs and efficiencies.
- Record all relevant production information.
- Pay attention on issues discussed in the meetings and come up with Initiative on problems raised
- Identification and follow-up of improvements to minimize any non-conforming materials and products.
