Minimum requirements
- Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Registered Medical Technologist (Blood Transfusion).
- 1 Year of Blood Transfusion experience.
- SANAS documents.
- ISO15189
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- HPCSA
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
- Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Acts
- Relevant SANBS policies and procedures.
