Amazon SKU Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client in the US as an Amazon SKU Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales performance of assigned SKUs on the Amazon platform. Your primary focus will be to drive business growth by implementing effective listing strategies, optimizing product content, monitoring competitor activity, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and successful promotions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Amazon listings for assigned SKUs, including optimizing titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the photography and design team to enhance product images and create infographics that showcase product features, dimensions, intended use, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular price and competitor analysis, making necessary adjustments to maintain competitiveness and maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team to plan procurement based on market trends and sales projections.
  • Work closely with the stock replenishment team to ensure proper planning and execution of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) replenishment.
  • Identify and leverage seasonal and special sales opportunities to promote and boost product sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with PPC (Pay-Per-Click) agencies and outside promotion blasting companies to optimize advertising spending and maintain high listing rankings.
  • Monitor sales velocity and marketplace trends on a daily/weekly basis, identifying any changes in the market or product assortment.
  • Demonstrate initiative, think creatively, and develop innovative strategies to effectively promote and sell products.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders, with at least a 2-hour overlap with the US working hours.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Amazon listings, driving sales growth, and improving product visibility.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in keyword research and optimization techniques to enhance search performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to solve problems and meet targets.
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with 5-8 hours per day and flexible working hours to accommodate communication with the US team.
