What Youll Do
- Own the full product lifecyclefrom launch to phase-out
- Drive demand planning, pricing strategy, and tender submissions
- Manage instrument sets and ensure operational readiness
- Build strong relationships with hospital and buying groups
- Execute marketing events and educational initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences (preferred)
- 3+ years in medical device sales or marketingTrauma/Orthopedics a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for strategic thinking
