POSITION INFO:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Scientific, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar) managing software products and cross-functional teams
• Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Extensive experience with SaaS, e-commerce platforms, and/or mobile apps

Requirements:

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with data analytics tools to inform product decisions
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering business value
• Ability to balance technical feasibility with clinical and client usability

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and healthcare market needs
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring maximum value delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, development, science, and clinical teams to ensure alignment
• Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria that enhance user journeys
• Champion Agile best practices, leading sprint planning, reviews, and removing impediments
• Oversee UAT and ensure that features meet client requirements
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users to drive adoption
