PRODUCTION ADMIN CLERK

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organising production schedules.
  • Oversee raw material manufacture.
  • Procurement of packaging components from third party suppliers.
  • Liaise with contract manufacturers and manage the production process to ensure
    • timeous delivery of finished products.
  • Maintain all production documentation and adhere to company operating procedures as per requirements.
  • Admin management, including requesting quotes, generating orders and liaising
    • with suppliers.
  • Schedule and coordinate all aspects of production jobs, from start to finish
  • Project reporting, tracking and on-going updates to management regarding
    • project schedules.
  • Monthly Stock-take.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as per management instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Own Transport
  • Driver’s License
  • PC Literate
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving ability with attention to detail.

Experience in Cosmetic/Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
