Junior Production Manager

The Junior Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production of custom t-shirt orders in a timely and efficient manner. This will include overseeing production staff, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and coordinating with the sales team to meet customer expectations.

• Manage daily production activities, including scheduling and coordinating work assignments for production staff.
• Monitor and ensure production quality standards are being met by staff.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Ensure compliance with safety and production policies and procedures.
