- Control and report product quality parameters
- Update and maintain shift report
- Control product, production processes and raw material stock level
- Maintain people, plants, machinery and equipment
- Regular plant inspections and report deviations Ensure adherence to safety, health and hygiene standards
- Ensure adherence to document control policies
- Managed team, ensure team is trained on operational process
- Update shift time sheets
- Grade 12 and/or Relevant National Training Certificate/Qualification
- Four to five years relevant FMCG experience
- Proven supervisory experience
