We are looking for a qualified professional valuer/appraiser to lead our new business section in conjunction with our property development team based in Stellenbosch.
Job requirements:
- Completed training and registered with relevant professional institute. (SACPVP)
- Able to manage, delegate, recruit and sign-off on junior employees.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role and able to compile & sign off on professional valuations.
- Position is performance driven with a starting base salary.
- Will be responsible for this section of the business with monthly reporting to the director(s).
