Requirements
- CCS Candy Certified, trained & experienced
- Buildsmart Certified or experience
- Pricing & Estimating abilities
- Process Monthly claims
- Tenders - Tender Briefings, Pricing bills, submitting tenders
- Procurement (to some degree)
- Strong head for the accounting side of construction figures, forecasts, budgets etc
- Working with bills, drafting bills, etc
- Cashflow Forecasts, Budgets
- Experience in commercial & residential construction
- At least 5 years' experience in large corporate construction company, wanting to downscale
- Work hours 7:30-5 Monday Friday, travel may be necessary
- Focused, energetic, team player willing to contribute to the growth of the company, and grow themselves
