2 X COORDINATORS - LLB EXTENDED PROGRAMME(12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

EAST LONDON CAMPUS

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Law or Administration.
  • 3 years work experience in the Higher Education Sector as an Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITS, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Added Advantages
  • Masters degree in Law or Administration.
  • Project Management, budgeting, finance, reporting, monitoring and evaluation skills.
  • Advanced ICT end-user skills.
Key Functional/ Technical Competencies
  • Coordinate the effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of programme goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of specific targets and benchmarks.
  • Innovate and lead the formulation of plans and strategies that respond to the developmental needs of students.
  • Effectively manage the ECP budget.
  • Consistently provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Deputy Dean and Dean of the Faculty of Law in a manner that seeks to respond to the Vision, Mission and Values of the Faculty of Law.
  • Promote the professional development of staff to guarantee the provision of support to students enrolled for the LLB Extended Programme.
  • Make clear, accurate and lucid weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans and related targets.
  • Organize regular meetings, seminars, and workshops for academic, support and student development.
