Graduate Development Programme- Digital Technology and Innovation x2 (24 Months)

Rand Waters Graduate Development Programme is a structured, sector-aligned initiative aimed at capacitating the next generation of professionals in support of sustainable water management. The programme will immerse graduates in a dynamic environment, equipping them with industry-relevant skills aligned to Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practices (ODETDP).

Graduates will receive training and mentorship in the following focus areas:

• Freshwater Aquatic Sciences
• Water Technology
• Wastewater Technology
• Digital Technology and Innovation

Through hands-on training, fieldwork, laboratory work, digital tools application, and applied research, the programme aims to empower participants to meaningfully contribute to the water sector. Ultimately, graduates will be developed to potentially lead key technical streams within the Rand Water Academy Technical School, reinforcing the Academys long-term strategic intent of technical leadership and innovation.
