THE ROLE

As a Program Manager (Compliance) at Temenos, you will be responsible for managing and executing compliance programs across the organization. This role requires a strategic, hands-on approach to lead global compliance initiatives, educate employees, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, and business operations, to foster a strong compliance culture.

OPPORTUNITIES
  • You will host compliance-related training sessions and webinars to educate employees on compliance best practices and policies.
  • You will manage Temenos' global compliance training program, ensuring all employees are certified and up to date with the necessary compliance requirements.
  • You will design and implement processes to monitor employee certification statuses and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • You will oversee employee adherence to internal policies, procedures, and contractual obligations to maintain a compliant workplace environment.
  • You will provide expert advice on compliance best practices, fostering a culture of compliance across the business.
  • You will work closely with the legal department to review and update internal policies, ensuring they align with the latest regulatory changes.
  • You will offer compliance advice and support during the implementation of the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring compliance measures are effectively integrated.
  • You will manage compliance-related contributions to audits and Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • You will represent the HR function at global Compliance Committee meetings and other compliance-related discussions.
Skills
  • You should have proven experience in compliance management, preferably within a global organization.
  • You should have strong knowledge of regulatory and statutory rules affecting HR and business operations.
  • You should have experience managing compliance training programs and ensuring employee certification processes are current.
  • You should have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, and business operations.
  • You should have excellent communication skills, with experience in hosting training sessions and providing guidance on compliance matters.
  • You should have strong project management skills, with a proven ability to support largescale implementations (e.g., HRIS).
  • You should have a proactive approach to fostering a compliance-oriented culture and providing strategic compliance advice.
