- Lead operational delivery and strategic planning
- Oversee programme monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
- Support curriculum development and compliance
- Manage donor reporting and communications
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee budgets and resource allocation
- A relevant degree and strong programme management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and budgeting skills
- Familiarity with the ECD and socio-development landscape
- Experience in M&E, curriculum support, and team development
