Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client quotes for installations, relocations, inspections, and reactive services.
- Coordinate supplier quotations and ensure compliance with Tsebo guidelines.
- Schedule installations and inspections, plan site access, and allocate work to technicians.
- Track project progress, maintain registers, and submit reports to clients.
- Ensure compliance with SHE requirements and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Engage with suppliers and clients to confirm readiness and provide feedback in meetings.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in OnKey, D365, Excel, and CI systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship management.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination or facilities-related projects.
