Project Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage client quotes for installations, relocations, inspections, and reactive services.
  • Coordinate supplier quotations and ensure compliance with Tsebo guidelines.
  • Schedule installations and inspections, plan site access, and allocate work to technicians.
  • Track project progress, maintain registers, and submit reports to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with SHE requirements and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Engage with suppliers and clients to confirm readiness and provide feedback in meetings.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in OnKey, D365, Excel, and CI systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination or facilities-related projects.
