We are looking for x2 students to join our Engineering Team on managing projects on our site.

ROLE AND KEY ACTIVITY
Assist in project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Maintain project documentation (progress reports, compliance records, meeting minutes).
Coordinate communication between engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues promptly.
Support procurement activities for project materials and equipment.
Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards during project execution.
Participate in project review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Youll Develop
Project Management Fundamentals: Learn scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
Technical Understanding: Gain exposure to engineering processes and equipment.
Software Tools: Train on Project Management tools
Stakeholder Management: Develop communication and negotiation skills.


REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Project Management or related field.
Need for experience in a work environment
Interest in project management and engineering operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to MS Project or similar tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
