About The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful development and launch of our fintech products. This role requires strong technical and business acumen, ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, stakeholders, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to post-launch support.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate teams working with React, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and Apache Groovy.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and security considerations within fintech applications.
- Implement Agile project management methodologies for efficient workflows.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in fintech.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience managing teams working with React, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and Apache Groovy.
- Ability to oversee compliance, security, and risk management in fintech projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience with cryptocurrency, banking, or financial technology products.
- Familiarity with cloud-based fintech infrastructure.
- Exposure to API integrations and fintech security protocols.
