Location: Hout Bay (first 6 months), then Somerset West

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end residential construction projects
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers & site teams
Oversee timelines, budgets, quality control & compliance
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
Conduct site inspections and compile progress reports
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants & stakeholders

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential housing projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience managing multiple sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end residential construction projects, from planning to handover.
Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality control, and compliance.
Identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting.
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience in residential construction.
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams.
Excellent planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Valid drivers licence.
