Project Manager SDWAN

Summary Of The Role

Using your skills in P.M. Methodoloy, such as PMBOK, Agile, Prince 2 and your understanding of SDWAN in the telecommunications /ISP sector; Ensure delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budgets, scope and outcomes

Requirements

Experience in deploying SDWAN solutions is essential
Understanding of networks in the telecommunications industry, especially SDWAN
Knowledge of customer service principles
Intermediate skill in MS Project and MS Office
Prince 2 / Agile / PMBOK or similar qualification or certification.
ITIL Foundation - advantageous
Must be willing to work weekends shifts on a monthly basis or after hours, if required

KEY OUPUTS OF THE POSITION

Manage Projects and co-ordinate internally.

Ensure adherence to agreed project management methodology
Manage the execution of projects
Adhere to project communication strategy and program budgets
Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and overall project progress
Attend and contribute to project management meetings within Project department
Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and overall project progress to Head of Projects
Attend and contribute to project management meetings within Project department
Adhere to project communication strategy
Adhere to program budgets

Customer Service

Provide feedback regarding project status
Handle and resolve escalations and escalate internally and drive for outcomes as required

Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
