Project Manager

To provide a comprehensive project Managing and controlling function for all Capex related expenditures incorporating full design, budget controlling, executing and controlling functions.

Investment Budgets

• Formulate annual investment budget for plant
• Continuously monitor plant needs and adjust accordingly
• Compile Monthly Flash reports
• Compile monthly Capex reports
• Monitor and control overall plant Capex expenditures

Project specific Budgets

• Prepare detailed project estimates followed by budget
• Prepare CAR
• Prepare tender specification
• Prepare and do analysis of technical and commercial aspects
• Monitor and control all project expenses
• Report project specific reporting
• Invoice control
• Spare part control

Project Implementation

• Design and/or specify specific equipment as required
• Prepare Engineering specifications
• Liaise with overseas colleagues at all levels on specific topics
• Oversee manufacturing processes
• Do detailed manufacture and installation planning
