Job Title: Project Manager (Business Integration)

12 month Contract, expected to work full-time hours

Job Duties

• Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Draught and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans

Required Qualifications

• Project management qualification or certification
• MBA

Education

Relevant degree

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the Project Manager must have worked on business intagrations projects

Knowledge And Skills

• Structured approach to project management
• Diplomatic communication style
• Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
• Ability to build strong relationships with executives and senior line managers
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and Trello

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional project management certifications
• Experience in Agile methodology

Working Conditions

This role is based in Cape Town, South Africa. The Project Manager (Business Integration) is expected to work full-time hours on a contract basis. Occasional travel may be required for project meetings or stakeholder engagements.
