- Know project contracts in detail if there is a penalty or malus clause, manage the project to ensure there is never a penalty incurred. Make sure the total value of the proposed penalty is understood down to a day rate/ hr or incident rate.
- Undertake regular site inspections to ensure contractors comply with OHS Act standards regarding housekeeping, safe working conditions, contractor control, contractor training and equipment handling.
- Ensure required risk assessment and safety file is on record where
- Ensure contractors provide Waste Management schedule

- Built Environment related degree BSc QS, Construction, Architecture
- Project Management PMP
- Minimum 3 - 4 years Project Management experience within construction
- Performance management of working knowledge of project management systems.
- Must have experience in working with construction sites.
