Job Duties

• Lead and manage complex IT projects related to pension and provident systems
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate project resources and activities

• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
• Risk management and issue resolution
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Provide guidance and support to project team members

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
• Experience working on pension and provident projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
