Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Mining Engineer to be based in Pretroia with extensive travelling to their operations in Mpumalanga.
Requirements And Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience post obtaining Mine Managers Certificate of Competence.
- Project Management qualification and/or experience.
- 5-7 years technical and project management experience.
- Experience in improving throughput, efficiencies, productivity and running projects from conception to completion.
- Proven experience managing project budgets of minimum R10 million (must be evident in your CV)
- Experience in mining EPC projects both in open cast and underground sectors of the mining industry, in both coal and hard rock environment preferably.
- Bachelors Degree Mining Engineering
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competence.
- Advantageous - Senior Management Development Program (SMDP) OR Business Qualification.
- ECSA registration desirable.
Business Process Improvement Experience. Technical & Project Management experience Experience in mining EPC projects both in open cast and underground sectors of the mining industry, in both coal and hard rock environments.
