Strong electrical systems background

5-10 years of experience in a corporate building maintenance environment is essential

Weekly Facilities Management inspections and reports

Carpentry / Plumbing /HVAC / Renovations / Parking space / recreational areas / general maintenance and upkeep of the facility / Power supplies / Equipment / Health and Safety etc
