Property Manager / Accountant

A highly organised and diligent Property Manager with a strong Financial & Accounting background is sought to join a leading, retail-focused property company.

Joining this development business, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance and providing property level reporting, accounting and budgeting.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Responsible for property-related reporting
• Assisting with property transactions (acquisitions or the sale of existing properties)
• Assisting with property and tenant related financial management
• Responsible for the budget process.

The ideal candidate will have a BCom Degree and experience using MDA. With strong MS Excel knowledge and proficiency.

Must have at least 5 years experience in the property sector. Retail Property Accounting experience will secure.
