One of the fastest growing Real Estate Agencies is seeking a well-spoken, well organised, sales-driven property sourcing agent/lead generator (office/telephone based) with excellent negotiating skills to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.
- This position involves phoning property owners to see if they are interested in selling their property via the estate agency. Full training will be provided on how to valuate properties online, negotiate prices with sellers over the phone and list the properties for sale.
- Source property listings over the phone through various leads supplied by the company.
- Canvassing to new sellers/phoning property owners to see if they interested in selling their property.
- Negotiate property prices with sellers over the phone and list their properties
- Valuating properties using online valuation software
- Arranging property inspections/valuations for estate agents
- Acquiring signed mandates from potential sellers
- Meet and exceed set targets
- The ideal candidate must have strong sales, communication and telephonic skills. Real estate knowledge/experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
- 1 years' experience in a target driven sales environment (preferably within the Financial or Real Estate industry)
- Minimum 6 months call centre or telesales experience
- Clear ITC
- Clear criminal record
- Extremely well spoken, confident and very persuasive over the phone
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Micro Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and the internet
- Well organised and target driven
- Passionate about sales
