A leading pack house in Buffeljagsrivier is looking for a quality control manager to join their team.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that QC Personnel fulfill functions in line with Company Standards, relevant codes and practices and customer specification
- Report all non-conformances, deviations and observations to Packhouse Manager
- Ensure the QC team employs continual improvement and maintain quality contol by ensuring inspections are carries out in the most effective and efficient way.
- Laboratory management
- Staff management
- Safety and housekeeping
- Manage, maintain and complete all contol documents
- Assist in production as required and determent in the QC role
- Monitor sampling
- Must be able to work overtime
Job requirements:
- Previous Quality Control experience on managerial level
- Experience in a Citus Packhouse an advantage
- Good comunication skills, good time management and relationship building skills
- Must be able to function under pressure
- Must be dedicated an, organized, passionate and a team player
