Qualified Chef de Partie needed for leading Restaurant in Bryanston Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Must be able to work under pressure. Knowledge of kitchen control systems, food cost and stock management beneficial.
