Key Responsibilities :
- Extract call recordings for Automated QA
- Save, label, and organise call recordings following prescribed naming conventions and folder structures.
- Ensure all required calls are captured accurately and on time.
- Verify the quality and completeness of extracted call recordings.
- Maintain orderly electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of call recordings.
- Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and information security standards.
- Escalate missing, corrupted, or inaccessible recordings to the relevant stakeholders.
- Follow documented procedures and quality standards consistently.
- Provide basic administrative support to the QA team as needed
- Matric
- Previous experience in an administrative role or call centre environment is advantageous
- Computer literacy (MS Office, file management, data entry).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures precisely.
- Strong reliability and time management skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Clear criminal record
