Key Responsibilities
Internal Audits
Conduct internal audits to ensure the effective implementation of relevant procedures and standards across the factory and quality laboratories.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Compile detailed reports, analyze quality data, identify trends, and facilitate corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Defect & Risk Management
Identify defect trends, hazards, and risks that could impact the business or customer, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
Packaging Oversight
Audit packaging warehouses and storage areas, ensuring compliance and closure of PDCA cycles. Manage packaging specifications and support packaging trials and developments.
Production Support
Provide quality assurance services to production departments, ensuring the consistent output of high-quality product that meet and exceed customer specifications.
Pack-Plan Execution
Gain in-depth knowledge of the Pack-Plan and ensure its effective execution using packaging specifications.

System Administration & Data Management
Ensure effective application and adherence to all quality-related standards and procedures.
Manage packaging specifications, oversee packaging trials, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
Support digital quality systems and reporting tools to enhance traceability and compliance.
Why You'll Be a Great Fit
Degree or National Diploma in Quality or equivalent
3+ years in manufacturing or production
Strong in audits, data analysis, and packaging QA
Proficient in MS Office and quality systems
Assertive, analytical, and detail-oriented
