Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bramley Park, Gauteng
Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-Based with Site Visits
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bramley Park, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have over five years of industry experience and a proven track record working with reputable construction companies on large-scale, multi-million rand projects.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 5+ years as a Quantity Surveyor (Senior Level)
Industry Background: Must have worked at reputable or well-known construction firms
Project Exposure: Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee multiple high-value projects simultaneously
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Candy software is essential
Experience with Buildsmart is an added advantage
Mobility: Reliable own transport is required for travel to project sites
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Bramley Park, Gauteng,
JHB & Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
Monitor project financials and report on cost variances
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
Perform risk and value management
Ensure accurate cost control and project profitability
With work experiences at:
Bartlett, WBHO, Lemay, GVK Siya Zama, Barrow, Concor, etc.
