Job requirements:
- Own vehicle & valid drivers license;
- Willing to work weekends;
- Minimum 8 years experience;
- Necessary tertiary qualifications;
- Must reside in Western Cape.
- Salary between R30 000 - R35 000 CtC.
Job responsibilities:
- Project Cost estimates & Reports;
- Creation of BOQ's on CCS;
- Bank Valuations;
- Monthly Payment Certificates;
- Fortnightly sub-contractor measurements & payment certificates;
- Site Productivity reports;
- Sub-contractor Adjudications, Procurement's & Adjudications;
- Project P&G analysis;
- Project Cash Flows;
- Variation Orders;
- Final Accounts;
- Costing of Maintenance Items.
