We are looking for a Receptionist & Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide general office and administrative support, while maintaining a professional front-of-house environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support (filing, invoicing, document control, reporting)
- Process payments on SAP: PR, PO, SES and upload on OIP
- Arrange catering and refreshments when needed
- Manage stationery requests and stock control
- Assist with event coordination for office activities
- Handle office logistics (collection/delivery of documents/items)
- Manage switchboard and direct calls timeously
- Coordinate meeting/boardroom bookings
- Assist with travel and training arrangements
- Support housekeeping coordination
- Provide project administration support
- NQF Level 6 qualification or higher
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong command of English
- 12 years experience in a similar role (advantageous)
- SAP experience is an added advantage
- Must be well-spoken, energetic, and professional
