Randburg, Johannesburg: STORE MANAGER / ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
-Preference to males
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English a must (First & second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years experience in retail store management within construction industry (Paint, Hardware etc.)
-Excellent sales and management skills
-Computer literate
-Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-Willing to work retail hours
-Clear Criminal Record
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-No previous lawful termination at any previous employer due to misconduct or non performance
-To start immediately / as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full management functions of Paint and Hardware retail store
-Compiling quotations and sales of products by travelling to clients when required
-Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
-Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on relevant experience)
