RE5 Retail Bank Supervisors

We are urgently seeking dynamic RE5 Retail Bank Supervisors for various branches in the Western Cape.

Key Requirements

• Credit and criminal clear status is mandatory.
• Must have an NQF 5 or 6 qualification.
• Must hold an RE5 certification.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales Focus: Achieve customer growth, revenue, and collections targets as defined by the bank.
• Meet and exceed individual activity metrics for all product lines.
• Meet, exceed, and effectively execute all sales and customer targets set by the bank.
• Execute the banks sales strategy for Product & Value Added Services (including up-selling, cross-selling, and capital take-up).
• Perform outbound calls targeting both existing and prospective customers.
• Convert sales opportunities received through inbound customer requests, outbound calls, lead generation initiatives, and customer queries.
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business.
• Participate in cross-selling bank products.
• Maintain detailed tracking of pipeline management, prospect data, and activities.
• Set up in-person visits, appointments, and presentations, and follow up telephonically where necessary.
• Conduct professional financial needs analysis to make needs-based sales.
• Schedule customer feedback for obtaining documents and provide progress updates.
• Adhere to supervision requirements set by the Line Manager for all financial products.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and present results to management as needed.
• Ensure effective cash management with approved authorization.
• Manage CAM effectively as required with approved authorization.
• Oversee credit card administration and fulfilment with approved authorization.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Education:
• NQF 6 qualification or
• NQF 5 qualification (FSCA aligned)
• Certification: RE5
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in financial sales and client service experience.
• Managerial or supervisory experience is required.
• Must be within DOFA date.

Package & Remuneration

• Salary: R30, 000 R36, 000 per month (depending on experience)
• Contract: Permanent
• Location: Various branches in the Western Cape
