As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a Financial Manager with project management experience to join our team in Klerksdorp.
Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Manager who is not only adept at financial planning, analysis, and management but also brings a strong background in project management. This role is essential for driving our financial strategy while ensuring the successful planning and execution of our innovative projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial management role.
- Proven project management experience, with a preference for those who have managed agricultural, supply chain, procurement, or logistics projects.
- Experience working with large corporate/agricultural clients and managing cross-border transactions/projects in Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, and/or Mozambique is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills.
- Competent in using MS Teams, MS Projects, and financial software programs.
- A strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and management structures.
- Knowledge of procedures and compliance standards.
- Experience in the Agricultural industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage a growing team.
