Responsibilities

Negotiating and signing new mandates with potential sellers
Follow up on warm seller leads
Source properties/listings through various mediums in order to sell to our existing database of buyers as well as the general public
Inspect and valuate properties
Gather buyer requirements/criteria in order to match them up to suitable listings
Arrange and attend property viewings for interested buyers
Signing offer to purchases with buyers and sellers
Co-ordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, tracking the transfer process with the conveyancers etc
Prepare documents such as mandates, purchase agreements and bond applications.
Meet and exceed set targets

Requirements

Matric (Mathematics or Accounting beneficial)
Clear ITC
Clear criminal record
1 years’ sales experience in the real estate industry
Passionate about sales
Extremely well spoken, confident and very persuasive over the phone and in person
Strong negotiating skills
Positive thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and the Internet
Well organised and target-driven
