The job entails reception and basic admin

The applicant to be well-spoken, responsible and  mature  who pays attention to detail and is able to function independently. 

 Included but not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Accurate message taking
  • Filing
  • Record keeping
  • Computer literacy - basic excel and word
  • 2 years relevant experience

 It would be an advantage if you:

  • have experience in the medical field;
  • Reside in Overport 
  • Able to start immediately

 This a 6 month contract position with the prospect of becoming permanent.
