Reception manager needed

Looking for a reception manager in Pinetown, West Suburbs.

Job responsibilities:

  • · Managing of receptionist
  • Training of receptionist
  • Reception stock control
  • Resolving member complaints
  • Communication with members and staff
  • Cash management
  • Assisting with administration when necessary – covering for Administrator

Job requirements:

  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Previous experience within a front desk/hotel reception or welcome desk position added advantage
  • Ability to motivate staff and lead by example
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
