Our company is seeking a receptionist/ secretary to join our vibrant dynamic team. 

Requirements:

Relevant qualification an advantage

2-3 years of previous experience

Matric/ Grade 12

Computer literate – MS Office, Outlook

Fully bilingual – Eng/ Afr (Professional communication skills very important)

Previous background in the property/ investment industry will be advantageous

Well presented and spoken

Duties:

Manage and operate the switchboard facility (8 ext.)

Receive clients to reception area within a professional manner

Manage a very busy diary by setting up appointments/ confirmation of appointments/ bookings

Ensure that all messages and necessary correspondence is relayed timeously to the relevant staff/ management team

Filing and preparation of daily client files

Arrange Tea/Coffee & Refreshments
Maintain company database and keep updated by capturing correct/latest information on a daily basis
Typing of all company documents and relevant literature if/when needed

Salary: R5000 per/month
