- Handle member's/visitors queries.
- Assisting members with sick pay queries.
- Providing members/visitors with correct and relevant information.
- Ensure that member's documents are completed correctly.
- Scanning and verifying documents.
- Liaising with staff members and confirming appointments with managers.
- Recording all documents received (courier) on a daily basis
