The Receptionist is responsible for delivering professional, friendly, and efficient front-desk service to clients and visitors. This includes managing inbound calls, providing general customer support, ensuring optimal office housekeeping standards, and providing administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and receive clients warmly and professionally.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Record messages accurately and escalate complaints where required.
- Assist clients by responding to frequently asked questions and verifying profile/ticket information.
- Handle deliveries and ensure secure storage of items.
- Assist with stock-taking when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards.
- Maintain a consistently neat and presentable office environment.
- Open and close the office daily in accordance with company working hours.
- Assist with preparing documentation required for client sign-ups
- Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant post matric qualification (Advantageous)
- MUST BE FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or front-facing administrative environment.
