- To respond professionally and efficiently to internal and external customer queries received through the switchboard; politely and professionally receive and attend to all visitors to reception, greet visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
- Also, may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
