Junior Receptionist

We are on the lookout for a full-time Junior Receptionist to join our Infrastructure team

As our Junior Receptionist your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Welcoming and receiving all guests to the office and notifying the tenant(s) of visitor arrival
  • Accepting all deliveries and notifying the recipients thereof
  • Answering in-coming calls in a warm and professional manner, ensuring that callers are successfully transferred and assisted
  • Taking messages, listening to voicemails and forwarding appropriately
  • Assist with general office requirements: stationery, lamination, binding, gifting and gift wrapping, preparing New Starter stationery packs
  • Monthly stocktake of stationery supplies
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Ensuring prioritising of communication, tasks and duties as applicable
  • Assist with courier services
  • General assistance to the Facilities Manager / Head of infrastructure
Requirements

Our ideal Junior Receptionist will possess:
  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Be based in Cape Town
  • Minimum of 3 months administrative experience
  • Proficiency to work with Google Suite
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Demonstrate efficient communication and a willingness to learn
  • Collaborative approach
  • Have an honest and hardworking nature;
  • Have an organised and structured approach to tasks;
