Position: Receptionist/Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Administrator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and will also provide administrative support to the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide general support to other departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
