Receptionist needed

We are in search of a receptionist/office administrator in Edenvale.

Job requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in Word; Excel; Outlook; Internet Explorer.
  • Multitasking is crucial.
  • Friendly and positive energy.
  • - Excellent customer services.
  • Excellent communication skills for telephone and walk-in clients.
  • Must be proficient in English!
  • Job will be very low demanding and would be also ideal for students that are studying via correspondents.
  • Require someone to start ASAP.

Job responsibilities:

  • Reception; answer & make calls; screen/transfer calls.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Place and follow up on certain patients and payments.
  • Cleaning offices and facilities.
  • Cold calling for sales.
  • Taking credit Card payments
  • The duties of this position are not limited to the above list and the candidate may be asked to perform other duties.
