MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provides services for the overall functioning of the Reception Area, receiving internal and external stakeholders at Corporate Office Main Reception

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Provide a professional reception service
Perform general office administration
Control security and screening at the front desk

Required Education

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

Desired Education

Qualification in Office Administration or similar

Required Experience

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

3 years experience in a receptionist role

Required Job Skills And Knowledge

Professional style of communication, applicable to both external and internal clients
Proficiency in Afrikaans
General office administration; for example filing, receiving of hand delivered documents at Reception
Computer literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP for ordering front office supplies (Shopping Carts)
Proficiency in English
Stock control principles
Telephone etiquette principles
