Kleinmond based security company is seeking a receptionist.
Job requirements:
- Must have Grade 12 with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a receptionist.
- The candidate should be confident and capable of operating a busy switchboard, typing documents, managing a petty-cash and maintaining good housekeeping in our reception area.
- Must have strong admin & organizational skills with a professional telephone manner when answering the phone and dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) speed and accuracy is important.
- Must have own transport
- The candidate should be fluent in English & Afrikaans and must present an immaculate well-groomed, professional appearance. German Speaking would be a bonus.
- IMPORTANT!! The successful candidate should be a proficient multi tasker able to remain level-headed and focused in a highly pressurized environment, while being super efficient.
