Receptionist wanted

Seeking to employ a receptionist in Bray, North West.

Job responsibilities:

  • The receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing telephone calls as well as receiving and directing visitors.
  • This person will also assist with any other delegated duties.
  • Receive and direct visitors and deliveries.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and take messages.
  • General housekeeping of boardroom and reception area.
  • General administration duties for executives.

Job requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Post Matric administration related training or qualification would be an advantage.
  • Experience as receptionist would be ideal.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent telephonic skills.
